Sessions for students, Teachers and Parents
EnKuire offers school programmes that promote the physical, emotional and sexual safety of children through age-appropriate sessions for students, workshops for teaching and non-teaching staff, and sessions for parents. The programmes address child safety, gender equity, sexuality, respectful behaviour and recognising and reporting abuse. By creating safe spaces for open, informed conversations, the programme helps children build confidence, understand boundaries, navigate puberty with dignity, and develop healthy, respectful relationships.
Suvidha Training & Suvidha Kits
The Suvidha Programme addresses the need for accessible, culturally appropriate sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, and personal safety education for children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Developed with diverse learning needs in mind, the Kits use interactive, tangible and durable resources that engage visual, auditory, tactile and kinaesthetic learning styles. The training builds educators’ capacity to use these resources effectively and deliver life-skills-based personal safety and sexuality education.
POSH services
EnKuire helps organisations build safer, more responsive workplaces through comprehensive POSH services. From developing policies and strengthening Internal Committees to employee awareness, ongoing advisory support and External Member services, EnKuire supports organisations in meeting POSH requirements. Its Staff Safety Audit reviews existing practices, processes and documentation, identifies gaps, and provides practical recommendations to strengthen workplace safety and prevention systems.
